Merger between two Dutch business associations
Planned and executed the operational merger of the Association of Dutch Business People (ADB) and Dutch Chamber of Commerce (DutchCham) into ADB-DutchCham as of 1 January 2018. Ran daily operations of merged entity with team of four part-time employees and delivered 30+ events, 3 newsletters, 3 magazines, 1 Directory, recruited and onboarded 10+ staff and volunteers to run 15 business and support committees for 800+ members. Improved profitability by developing and executing a more commercial approach, and increased productivity through automation.
Regional conference management, Friesland Campina / Dutch Lady
Designed, planned and provided operational support to a three day annual internal APAC conference in Singapore.The “Fun for Kids” product line won the annual marketing price.
End-to-end exhibition management, The Straits Times
Managed two editions of the World Press Photo exhibition in Singapore end-to-end, including project plan development, fundraising, staff recruitment, location search, outreach programming, marketing and communication, operations and logistics. The 2014 campaign “Inspire Within” was a Gold Stevie winner in the category “Communications or PR Campaign of the Year – Low Budget (<$10,000 / € 7,000)”.
International student housing consultation, INSEAD
Advised the dean of INSEAD on dedicated MBA student housing through development of a business case for greenfield development and redevelopment of an HDB, designing, analysing and presenting a housing market survey, consulting stakeholders, sourcing investors and operators.
Ad-interim HR project management APAC, Jones Lang LaSalle
Managed ad-interim going concern activities and led the development and execution of three regional projects: analysis and implementation of a global employee engagement survey for APAC; renegotiation and implementation of regional e-learning contract; optimization of decentralised training offer through web search tool development.
